About Cleanse -  Super Soup Cleanse with its 22 antioxidant spices, high fiber quinoa grain and it array of diuretic, cleansing herbs is a great support for detoxification, cleansing and weight loss. There are various kinds of cleansing products. This soup is not intended to be a super colon

cleanse that requires you to stay near home. This is more of an overall body cleanse / detox soup that can be enjoyed anytime and as often as

you want.

 

1.      How do I use this soup?

 

Use it as a meal anytime you wish to add support to your overall detox / cleanse program. One of the best ways to cleanse and detox is to incorporate cleansing foods in your daily diet rather and it is much more enjoyable than fasting or doing a hot lemon water fast.  There is no fasting needed if you consume lots of cleansing foods so have a bowl of this delicious soup as often as you want and know that every time you have a bowl as a meal, you are cleansing and detoxifying your body!

 

 2.      How is this soup good for weight loss?

 

High antioxidant / high fiber diets are a must for healthy weight loss which the soup contains. The soup has only 90 calories per serving as well as these supportive natural ingredients:

 

Liquorice Root – improves adrenal and thyroid function.

Green Tea – Aids in weight loss

Cinnamon – Aids in metabolism of fat

Quinoa – high fiber grain (revs up metabolism)

Vitamin C – helps burn fat

 

Note: The Cleanse soup requires simmering for 15 to 20 minutes for the quinoa grain to cook therefore making a 1 cup recipe is not recommended.

You can however, make half the bag to half the water required in the directions as long as you shake the bag vigorously to further blend

the ingredients.
